springboot 端点
返回：一些功能解决
- shutdown：关闭应用程序，要求
endpoints.shutdown.enabled 设置为 true
- pringboot2.0.1版本中除了health和info其他端点默认都被禁用了，想要打开，需要在配置文件加上：
management.endpoints.web.exposure.include=*
